A: Radio Body : with 1 year, and the accessories with 6 months.

Q: What about the lead time of shipment?

A: As usual, it will cost about 4-5 days to prepare the goods after receiving the payment, and will also cost about 3-5 days on shipping. 

Q: What about the payment terms?

A: Online payment and offline payment both accepted.

Paypal (online payment), and Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Western Union, MoenyGram (Offline payment), which are convenient, reasonable, simple and Global.

Q: Could the CO/CE/FCC Documents of the radios be provided for customs clearance if need?

A: Yes, all the Motorola radios could pass the certificated test. And if the related document, we will help to find the proper 3rd party to do it. But the cost should be afforded by yourself. 

Q: Free sample is available or not if we want to test the quality first?

A: Yes, sample could be provided. But as usual, sample cost and the freight should be paid by yourself, and the sample cost and freight will be refunded after customer’s order reach a required amount.

Q: When can I find tracking information?

A: As usual, the tracking number will be sent after shipment immediately. Then you can track it in 2 days. 

Q: What about the type of pins about the charger will be offered?

A: Proper charger will be provided according to your requirement. 

Q: What about the shipping terms?

A: The shipment will be arranged by DHL, UPS, Fedex, EMS, China Post and Air Freight. And the DHL will be the first choice because of the fastest efficiency. If you want to ship by other ways, just kindly inform us please, then we will try to arrange for you.
